Dan Millington was born and raised in the Portland Metropolitan area. From an early age it was apparent that Dan would be involved in some type of technology as a career. Dan’s nickname as a child was “kilowatt” as he liked to put tiny metal objects into electrical outlets. Luckily he survived those events and perhaps it even enhanced his creativity in technology. Taking that interest in technology and turning it into a business seemed only natural – and thus Northwest Telecom Systems was born.

Dan has always had a passion for technology and stays current on the latest technologies that can benefit you and your business.
In Loving Memory of Miles Rubic
Miles Rubic passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2013 at the age of 24. Although we knew Miles since he was born – he only joined the Northwest Telecom team in April 2013. Miles was always interested in technology and he was a natural fit for this industry and for our company. His charming personality, infectious smile, laugh and enthusiasm as well as his dedication and loyalty made him an incredible addition to our team. Although Miles did not have any formal experience in the telecommunications industry initially – he excelled at gaining the knowledge and expertise to become an invaluable technician and customer representative. Anyone who had the opportunity to meet Miles could tell what an incredible person he was. Miles is sorely missed by everyone who knew him. He may be gone but Miles will never be forgotten…
